This is a tribute to Philip, who was born in Lambeth, London on December 28, 1946.
Phil loved life and loved the company of his family and friends. Please take this opportunity to share your memories and thoughts with us. We would love to hear your tributes to our wonderful Husband, Dad and Grandad.
Phil was taken into the stroke ward at Epsom Hospital and the care and empathy they showed him at the end of his life was a great comfort to us all. Therefore, the family felt it appropriate to use this opportunity to raise funds for the Stroke Association in his memory
